Burnside Shopping Centre

TY Design Studio delivered the interior design and fit-out coordination for this hospitality project under a tight program, requiring close on-site coordination and responsive design support throughout construction. The design combines contemporary Asian influences with refined materials and layered lighting to create an immersive dining environment.

The scope covered concept design, detailed documentation, value engineering, and consultant and contractor coordination. The project was successfully delivered within an estimated $300K budget, maintaining design quality while meeting program and operational constraints.
