Blakeview Shopping Centre

This sushi kiosk fit-out was designed to deliver a compact, highly efficient food service environment within a busy retail setting. TY Design Studio worked closely with the client to optimise back-of-house operations while creating a strong, recognisable street presence that attracts passing customers.

The design balances durability and warmth through a refined material palette, integrated seating, and clear customer circulation. Careful coordination of services, compliance requirements and shopping centre guidelines ensured a smooth approvals process. The result is a functional, well-crafted kiosk that supports high turnover, efficient workflow and a welcoming customer experience within a limited footprint.
