TY Design Studio delivered the architectural and interior design for this bespoke residential home, inspired by a refined neoclassical contemporary aesthetic. Comprising 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a 2-car garage, design emphasised symmetry, proportion, and elegant detailing balanced by modern spatial planning.

Working closely with the client, we translated their vision into a bespoke family home with strong street presence and functional, light-filled interiors. The project was delivered within an estimated $1.2M budget, and encompassed concept design, detailed documentation, material selection and consultant coordination.
