This project features two contemporary semi-detached residences with a total construction budget of approximately $1.5 million. Defined by a refined pitched roof form that responds to the surrounding residential context, the design reinterprets traditional roof geometry through clean lines and balanced proportions.
Vertical timber elements and generous glazing enhance façade depth, natural light and visual warmth, while maintaining privacy between dwellings. Internally, efficient planning delivers functional, light-filled living spaces tailored to modern family living.
