Designed as a fully customised family home for a household of six, this project reflects TY Design Studio’s holistic approach to residential design. Carefully considered as a cohesive living environment rather than separate elements, the scope included the main dwelling, a dedicated entertainment pool house and an integrated landscape concept.
Working closely with the family, we translated lifestyle needs into a practical, flexible layout that supports both everyday living and larger gatherings. TY Design Studio guided the client through each stage of the process, coordinated all consultants, and assisted with key design and material decisions. The outcome was a contemporary home that balances functionality, comfort, and a strong architectural presence.
